How we work
- A member of staff answers
A member of the TourSlo team answers your messages and calls. We’ll ask where from, where to, the date and how many of you are travelling.
- The price — in advance and in writing
We give you the full price in the chat before payment. What’s included in the price and what is paid separately — also in advance.
- Payment via one link
We send a link to pay the full amount by card. The money goes to a carrier registered in Slovenia.
- 24 hours before — pick-up time
24 hours before departure we text you when and where we’ll pick you up.
- Contact on the road
We answer you and your family while you’re travelling. In Europe we take you to your address; on a group transfer a per-km supplement applies outside the city.
What matters to us
Safety
Only our own vehicles and our own drivers carry you — we don’t hand passengers over to other carriers. We follow the rules for safe passenger transport. Passengers are covered by accident insurance.
How we price
The rates are on the website: the car — by the kilometre, a seat in the minibus — by the table. You can work out the price of most trips yourself before you call.
On board
Child seats are free — tell us your child’s age and weight when booking. Water on board, free Starlink internet in our minivans and stops on request.

The fleet today: 2 Renault Trafic (new, 2026), 3 Opel Vivaro, a Mercedes V-Class and a Mercedes-Benz E-Class car, plus a trailer for moves.
