Prices
We carry parcels between Ukraine and the EU and within Europe. We accept and hand over parcels in person, or through courier services and the post.
What you are sending, where from and where to. We give an estimated price and the sending day.
In the EU we come to your address. In Ukraine we accept parcels in Uzhhorod, Mukachivska St 42. Hand the parcel in no later than 24 hours before dispatch.
Standard — up to 7 working days; express — up to 3 working days (rate ×2). An express parcel goes first; standard ones go in turn. If Nova Poshta takes it further, its delivery time is added to ours.
We hand it to the recipient in person or arrange courier delivery to the door.
Tick what you are sending. We calculate the price the same way as at our office: by parcel type and urgency. The total will be included in your request.
Prices per parcel, VAT included. If the weight-based price is higher than the box price, we charge by weight.
Every parcel is inspected before dispatch, and we write down what is inside. After the inspection we send you a payment link with the final price.
Ukraine
Drop-off in person in Uzhhorod, daily 9:00–21:00 local time. We do not collect parcels from addresses in Ukraine.
If the recipient is in another city in Ukraine, we send the parcel on from Uzhhorod by Nova Poshta to any city. Nova Poshta is paid for by the sender or the recipient.
Europe
Slovenia, Hungary, Austria, Italy, Croatia: we come to your address or accept the parcel from a courier service.
If you are sending from Ukraine, you do not have to come to us: send the parcel by Nova Poshta to Uzhhorod — we deliver it to the recipient in the EU. Nova Poshta is paid for by the sender or the recipient.

The status is updated by us and the driver; by number you see the status, cities and dates — with no names, phone numbers or prices. The number arrives in a message once the parcel is sent.
Anyone can. In Uzhhorod our office at Mukachivska St 42 takes the parcel; in Europe we come to your address for it or take it from a courier service. We need the recipient’s name, address and phone. Leave the parcel unsealed: we inspect it when we take it. Hand the parcel in no later than 24 hours before dispatch.
By card online, in full — after we inspect the parcel. We inspect and weigh it, then send a payment link with the final price.
Message us — we’ll quote the price and the sending day. We are available every day from 9:00 to 21:00.
