Group and private transport across Europe, to and from Ukraine

By car with a driver — from Ljubljana to the airports of Trieste, Venice, Treviso, Vienna and Zagreb, to Munich and across Europe: Slovenia, Austria, Croatia, Hungary, Czechia, Poland, Germany, Slovakia, Italy, France, Switzerland, Spain; for other countries, just ask — we’ll quote the price. To and from Ukraine — a scheduled group transfer: to cities in Slovenia, Hungary and Croatia, and to Vienna, Graz, Klagenfurt, Villach, Trieste, Udine and Venice. A car with a driver costs €1.5 per kilometre — that is the price for the whole car, up to 8 people, not per person, and it is the same in every country; fuel, tolls, motorway vignettes and the car’s arrival at your address are included. The calculator on the Car with driver page shows the price of your route, and we give you the exact amount before you pay; you pay the full amount at once, by card online via a link. On a trip of several days you also pay for the driver’s hotel (breakfast included) and meals. A move is priced the same plus €0.3 per kilometre for the trailer; the price of a parcel depends on its category. A seat in the minibus Ukraine ⇄ Europe is priced according to the price table.

By card online, for the full amount at once. You don’t pay when you send a request: first we confirm the trip and give you the exact amount, then we send a payment link. Once you have paid, your trip is confirmed. The fare is not refundable, but you can move the date: at least 5 calendar days before departure, no more than three months ahead, and if seats are available on the new date. If fewer than 5 days are left, the trip is forfeited. Details are on the Before the trip page. Exception: for trips between Ukraine and Hungary the dispatcher arranges payment.

A group transfer is a seat in the minibus on a schedule: you travel with other passengers and pay for your own seat; one or two passengers going to some cities pay a surcharge. A private transfer is a car with a driver just for your group: we agree the time and route with you, and the price is for the whole car by the kilometre — the more of you (up to 8), the less each person pays. For a seat in the minibus, the return costs the same, and you can put both dates in one request. For a car with a driver, the way back is priced as a second route by the kilometre. If you also need the car between the trips, that is also priced by the kilometre, and you cover the driver’s hotel with breakfast and meals.

Yes. The driver tracks your flight and meets you at the exit with a name sign. Airports: Ljubljana, Trieste, Venice, Treviso, Vienna, Salzburg, Graz, Klagenfurt, Munich, Zagreb, Budapest. We also meet passengers at railway stations. If the car has to wait, waiting costs €25 per hour.

Yes. You ride in the car, and your things go in a closed trailer, 2.35 × 1.25 × 1.5 m, behind the same vehicle. A move costs €1.5 per kilometre, and the trailer adds €0.3 for every kilometre; the calculator on the Moving page shows the total. Help with loading costs extra. We don’t carry goods for sale.

We send the car with a driver to your address — your home, the airport or the station — and drive you straight to your destination, with no changes. On the Ukraine ⇄ Europe group transfer we also pick you up and drop you off at your address in listed EU cities at no extra cost; outside the city limits it is priced by the kilometre from the railway station. In Uzhhorod you board at the TourSlo office (Mukachivska St 42) or in the car park by the main entrance of the railway station. In Lviv you board at the railway station; in Mukachevo we pick you up at the address you give us.

Yes, in both directions. In Europe we come to your address for the parcel or accept it from a courier service. In Ukraine, parcels are dropped off and collected at our office in Uzhhorod (Mukachivska St 42); to another city in Ukraine we send it on by Nova Poshta or a courier service. With children — yes. Count a child among the passengers: the car takes up to 8 people. Child seats are free — tell us the child’s age and weight when booking and we’ll arrange the right seat. A dog up to 5 kg rides in the cabin on a separate seat you buy, from 5 kg — in the luggage compartment, extra charge €100; dogs travel only in a pet carrier. If you are travelling with a pet, message us in advance.

Our own drivers at the wheel of our own vehicles. TourSlo is a carrier from Slovenia; our base and vehicles are in Ponikva. All passengers are insured against accidents with the insurance company Triglav: up to €11,604 per person for permanent disability and up to €2,907 for treatment and lost earnings. We stay in touch on messengers before and during the trip.
