Before the trip
How much does waiting cost?
An hour of waiting — €25. Waiting is charged when the driver waits for you, for example at a clinic, at a concert or at the airport. At the airport the driver tracks your flight and meets you at the exit.
What else can be added to the price?
On top of the price per kilometre, these are charged separately:
- waiting — €25 per hour;
- trailer — another €0.3 for every kilometre;
- the driver’s hotel (breakfast included) and meals if the trip lasts longer than a day.
Fuel, toll roads, vignettes and bringing the car to you are already included in the price per kilometre, and there is no minimum order. A ferry, if needed, is paid separately at the ticket price; we give you the exact amount before payment.
Can I cancel or reschedule the trip?
You cannot cancel the trip: the fare is not refundable. You can move it to any day within three months, if a car is available on the new date and you tell us at least 5 calendar days before departure. With fewer than 5 days left, the trip is forfeited.
How much is the way back?
The same as the way there: the way back is another route, priced by the kilometre. Tick “Return trip” in the calculator — we’ll show both trips and the total. If you also need the car between the trips, see “Several days”.
Are child seats available?
Yes, and they are free: the seat is included in the price. We have child seats for different weights — tell us the child’s age and weight when booking and we’ll pick the right one.
How much luggage fits?
How much fits depends on the number of passengers: the more people, the less room for luggage. Tell us what you’re bringing — before payment we’ll confirm whether it all fits. If you have more than fits in the boot, you need the trailer — that’s already a move: +€0.3 on top of every kilometre.
How do I pay?
By card online, for the full amount. First we confirm the trip and tell you the exact amount, then we send a payment link. The price is for the whole car: however many of you travel (up to 8 people), the amount is the same.
How much does a trip of several days cost?
The same way as an ordinary trip: by the kilometres of the whole trip, €1.5 per km. On top of that, you pay for the driver’s hotel (breakfast included) and meals; we will tell you the exact amount before payment. You can calculate the price in the block “Several days”.
Is there a cheaper option than a car?
Yes, if the schedule suits you. A group transfer is a seat in a minibus on a timetable: you pay per seat. From Slovenia and Croatia to Budapest — seat price; between Ukraine and the EU — prices and schedule. A private transfer is a car with a driver just for you: your route, at a time that suits you, from your address to the place you need. Not sure which to choose? Compare both options.
