Boarding
In Europe we pick you up and drop you off at your addresses. In Uzhhorod you board at the TourSlo office (Mukachivska St 42) or in the car park by the main entrance of the railway station. In Lviv you board at the railway station; in Mukachevo we pick you up at the address you give us. If you don’t live in one of the listed cities, there is a surcharge of €1.5 per km from the railway station of the nearest listed city.

Luggage
Included: a suitcase or bag up to 30 kg and hand luggage up to 10 kg. Each additional bag — €20 / €30 / €40, depending on size.

Tell us your child’s age and weight when you book — we’ll arrange a comfortable seat and a free child seat.
Pets
A dog up to 5 kg travels in the cabin — you need to buy a separate passenger seat for it. A dog of 5 kg or more travels in the luggage compartment — an extra charge of €100. Dogs travel only in a pet carrier — this is required. If you are travelling with a pet, contact a manager: they will answer any questions.
Payment
In full, by card online. We send the payment link once your seat is confirmed. The payee is a carrier registered in Slovenia. Exception: for trips between Ukraine and Hungary the dispatcher arranges payment.
Changing the date
The fare is not refundable. You can move the date up to three months ahead, subject to free seats on the new date, if you let us know at least 5 calendar days before departure. If fewer than 5 days are left, the trip is forfeited. A ticket cannot be passed on to another person.
Documents
Ask us which documents you need when you book. If a child is travelling with only one parent or without them, check the rules for children leaving the country in advance and tell us.

Are there any discounts?
There are no promo codes. If you travel alone, you can take the seat next to you at a discount — it stays empty for your things and extra comfort: next to the driver −25%, in a row of three −10% (second and third seat). Mark it on the seating plan when you book.
What if I have no EU documents?
The fares apply to holders of a biometric passport, a passport with a valid Schengen visa, an EU residence permit (temporary or permanent) or an EU passport. If your passport has expired or been lost, contact your consulate — they will issue a temporary document. For any other questions, contact the office: +386 51 788 878.
